Don was born in Belmont, and his connection to the town continued through his later work with Easterseals New Hampshire. Belmont is balancing growth, infrastructure, public services, conservation, and the need to update long-term plans for the community’s future.
Housing without losing rural character
Don’s connection to Sanbornton began early in his hospitality career at Steele Hill Resort. Today, the town is actively asking how it can meet housing needs for families and older residents while preserving the rural character residents value.
A working community and regional crossroads
Don has lived in Tilton for more than two decades and served nearby at the New Hampshire Veterans Home. Tilton combines a historic center, regional commerce, public services, recreation, and community spaces that matter to residents across the Lakes Region.
